Are the pictures of the items exactly what I get when placing an order?      Items listed as one of a kind: the picture is the one you will receive.  All other items the pictures are representative of the item you will receive.

What shipping methods do you offer and how much is pricing?
We currently offer shipping through UPS, and USPS. Please see shipping polices for more info.

Can you offer Express or Expedited delivery?
Yes, please call our customer service 972-231-4809 to make an arrangement and pay the extra shipping fee.

How long does it take my order to ship?
We process orders Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 Business days for your order to be shipped. Orders received past 1:00 p.m. may not be shipped the same day.

Do you have a storefront?
Yes, we have a storefront open to the public We have been in Dallas, TX for over 45 years.

Are your prices the same in the retail store and online?
No, not all of our prices online and in the store are the same. Our online prices are only applied to online orders. Store prices are only applied in store.  
 
Do you carry the same products in your store that you carry online? 
Although many of the items are the same not every item we carry is in both our online store and in our brick & mortar store.
 
There is an item I saw in your retail store but I can't find it online, how can I order it?
If you are having difficulty finding an item or would just like to know if we carry a certain item; send us an email with a description of the item info@rockbarrell.com

No, our pictures and all our of website content are property of Rock Barrell, LLC and may not be used without our written permission.
